We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our travel packages and services. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Sell domestic & international travel packages, forex, visa, and other travel-related services. Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agents. Provide personalized consultation to customers, understanding their travel needs. Handle inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into bookings.
  • Negotiation & Upselling: Offer customized travel solutions and suggest upgrades/add-ons. Convince clients to opt for additional services like travel insurance, forex cards, and premium accommodations. Negotiate deals with vendors and partners to offer competitive pricing.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest travel trends, airline fares, visa policies, and destination insights. Identify high-demand destinations and create sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Support & Problem Solving: Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support, resolving issues proactively. Assist travelers in last-minute changes, cancellations, and modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle B2B & B2C sales effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, visa processes, and forex services.
