• Any given quote will be valid for 24 hours only.
• No hotels or services have been booked or blocked. Service blocking begins only upon providing identity proofs and advance payment.
• Your services are not confirmed until booked. Hotels are subject to availability. If unavailable, guests will be accommodated in a similar property.
• Compulsory Gala Dinners must be paid directly at the hotel unless mentioned in the inclusions.
• The company is not accountable for tour cancellations due to natural disasters or government regulations before or during the tour.
• The quote offered is dynamic until the services are blocked.
• Any detour during the tour will be charged directly by the driver.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Sightseeing tours during the monsoon season depend on weather conditions.
• Flight rates are dynamic, and costs may vary at the time of booking. International package rates are based on the current ROE - Rate of Exchange.
• Rescheduling or rearranging packages due to unforeseen circumstances may incur additional charges for hotels and/or vehicles.
• The vehicle will be available only until 8 PM for domestic tours.
